You will be able to track purchases of each item on your credit card statement, by the store or artist shipping your product. If we have any questions we will call you for clarification. What if I have a return?

Please refer to our Store Contact Page and contact the individual store from which you purchased the item that needs to be returned regarding their return policies. If you have any problems or questions about a potential return, feel free to also call us at Gift Montana, and we will help you out.

What about shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated on the web site. If you have special needs such as overnight shipping, please call 1-877-TOURMON, to place your order, or again, even better call the individual store to request overnight shipping. Schedules for overnight deadlines vary greatly in different parts of Montana. We will do our best to meet your needs. The items you purchased will be shipped from each store individually.

Can I be sure my information is safe?

When we transfer and receive your credit card information, name and address we do so only via secure means. Our ecommerce package secure servers are registered with Verisign under the name Gift-USA.net. This is the only place your vital information is stored. We will not sell your name to an outside company. We will probably be sending you special offers and our catalog. If for any reason you would like us to not send anything to your email or physical address, please let us know and we gladly oblige.
